Segundo eu sei o setup premuim deste post com o nome Malwarebytes.Premium.v3.0.6.1469 o instalador tem o método ativação embutida julgo eu por isso devem ter chamado repack penso eu.

O método mostrado no vídeo é por patch kegen.1.5-URET em que é executado antes da instalação setup free que por sua vez passa a premium.
O método de ativação que acompanha post a pasta nem tem sequer o metedo aplicativo patch kegen.1.5-URET ?!

Editado: Finalmente um a funcionar. Este funciona mesmo eu acho que já é ativado aquando da instalação depois é só preciso adicionar o ficheiro host a exclusão para poder permitir atualizar.
