This Monday, May 31st marks the day honoring soldiers who have died while fighting to protect our country. It is formerly known as Decoration Day and is held on the last Monday of May every year. Monday is known by many as a day of general remembrance for any lost friend or relative, whether they served in a war or not and is often observed by visiting grave sites of loved ones and spending time with family.
