Mel e Kim era um duo britânico de pop, composto pelas irmãs Melanie e Kim Appleby.
Elas alcançaram o sucesso entre 1986 e 1988 antes de Melanie morrer de doença terminal.
São conhecidas pelos sucessos: "Showing Out (Get Fresh at the Weekend)", "Respectable", "F.L.M." e "That's The Way It Is".
Depois da morte da irmã Kim Appleby continou com uma carreira a solo.
