It’s hard to believe that just two years ago Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle was unemployed and relatively unknown. Thanks to that watershed moment when she confounded the judges on Britain’s Got Talent with her powerful voice, she’s now a multi-millionaire and one of the most recognisable faces in the world. It feels as if she’s been in the public’s consciousness for much longer.
