Depois de extrair  não existe imagem para  montar, apenas  algumas pastas e ficheiros e não a imagem para ser montada pelo ultraiso   
Se  poder  explique como faço para  o instalar, obrigado.

 A conclusão a que eu chego é  que o todido111  postou um jogo que ele mesmo não sabe o que  esta a partilhar, sacou de outro sait e meteu aqui, 
por isso mesmo nota zero para este post.

O jogo já rola aqui no meu PC..

Eis as instruções:

How to get the game running.

1 Unpack 'Metal.Gear.Solid.V.The.Phantom.Pain-RLDGAMES' to a directory one below the root of your drive for eg: D:\MGSPP. The directory name needs to be short or it won't run.
2 Unpack '3DMGAME-MGSV.TPP.v1.005.Update.and.Crack-3DM' and move the contents of only the 'Update' folder to your game directory overwriting any files your computer asks you to. DO NOT USE THE 'Crack' DIRECTORY YET!
3 Now copy the contents of the 'Crack' directory you unpacked from '3DMGAME-MGSV.TPP.v1.005.Update.and.Crack-3DM' to your game directory overwriting any files asked.
8 Change your time zone to (UTC+08:00) Beijing, Chongqing, Hong Kong, Urumqi.
9 Run 'mgsvtpp.exe' as administrator.
10 Enjoy
