Luisa Fernandez (14 de agosto 1961) é uma cantora pop espanhola, que foi descoberta num concurso de talentos numa discoteca em Alveslohe. Consegue um contrato de gravação e o disco de estreia é produzido por John David Parker, tornando-se imediatamente um enorme sucesso. Lay Love on You, chegou a #1 na Alemanha a 7 de março de 1978, a 5 º na Áustria e número 15 na Suíça. Na Bélgica, conseguiu atingir o disco de ouro. O segundo single, Give love a second chance, alcançou a #11 na Alemanha e #15 na Austria. Em 1979 lança o segundo álbum, Spanish Dancer. Em 1987, faz uma parceria com o cantor e produtor alemão Peter Kent fazendo grande sucesso principalmente na Austria. Em 1997, encerra a colaboração com Peter Kent.
