PM Dawn é uma banda americana de Hip Hop/R&B, formada em 1988 pelos os irmãos Attrell Cordes (aka Prince Be, às vezes creditado como Prince Be the Nocturnal) e Cordes Jarrett (aka DJ Minutemix ou JC The Eternal), em Jersey City, New Jersey.
O pai dos irmãos Cordes morreu de pneumonia quando eram crianças, sendo por isso criados pela a sua mãe e pelo o padastro, George Brown, membro fundador dos Kool & the Gang.
A dupla é conhecida pelo o seu som calmo, que mistura hip-hop e soul clássico com música pop contemporânea, com são exemplo as musicas, "Set Adrift On Memory Bliss", que sampla a base ritmica da musica True dos Spandau Ballet e "Looking Through Patient Eyes", com batida de Father Figure de George Michael e a participação de Cathy Dennis.
