David Ian Jackson, mais conhecido como Joe Jackson, é um cantor e músico britânico, nascido em 11 de agosto de 1954, em Staffordshire, Inglaterra.
Fez algum sucesso no início dos anos 80, com as canções "Steppin' out", extraída do álbum Night and Day, de 1982 e "Nineteen Forever", do álbum Blaze Of Glory, de 1982.
Conseguiu cinco nomeações para os Grammy durante o período de 1979-2001.
